I love figs and I absolutely love this salad, it’s a great combination. Easy to prepare and look’s great with the beautiful colour on the plate!
- 3-4 figs
- several slices of prosciutto
- buffalo mozzarella or bocconcini
- green salad of your choice
- balsamic glaze
- sea salt
- ground black pepper
Place your salad onto a large flat platter. Simply place the figs on top of the leaves, weave around the prosciutto on the plate, throw on your cheese either buffalo or bocconcini and your croutons. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad in a criss cross pattern when ready to serve. Wa-lah easy peasy!
